All Registration costs include Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 12.5% and are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
If you would like to attend the Syrah and Aromatics Symposia either side of the Pinot Noir 2010 event, please note this when submitting your online registration. Your details will be passed on to the Symposia organisers who will contact you directly.
Fees
Full Delegate Registration
The registration fee of $1,800 covers all delegate sessions, tastings and the culinary programme across the full four days as detailed in the Programme.
Day Pass Registration
Due to demand a limited number of Day Pass Registrations are now available for purchase for the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of Pinot Noir 2010. By purchasing an individual day pass you will have access to ALL scheduled tastings, sessions and culinary events for that day. Please refer to the Programme for more detail of what the line up includes each day. Day passes are available at the following costs:
Accompanying Person Registration
Accompanying Person Registrations are available at the fee of $450 and include tickets to the following three evening culinary events; New Zealand Winemakers’ Party, A Taste of Aotearoa and the Gala Dinner.

Additional tickets to Culinary Programme events may be purchased separately at the following costs:
Please Note: Accompanying Person Registrations and Additional Tickets may only be purchased in conjunction with a Full Delegate or Day Pass Registration.
Cancellations
Registration may be assigned to another person in the event you are unable to attend. However, all cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Pinot Noir 2010's event organisers, Avenues Event Management.
Registration cancellations received in writing before 23 December 2009 will receive a full refund less $100 + GST administration charge. No refunds will be made from 23 December, however substitutions are welcome.
Accommodation refunds on cancellation will be at the discretion of the hotel concerned.
If Pinot Noir 2010 is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Pinot Noir 2010 Ltd Board, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
